Mosher Home Christmas Drive
Once again we are asking for your help for the veterans in the Mosher Home. The VFW sponsors a Christmas party on the 17th, but the vets there have nothing to open on Christmas. The auxiliary members are asking for Christmas stockings, and things to stuff them with. These stockings would be given to the vets on Christmas eve or day. Some of the things that have been suggested are cheese and crackers, little candy bars, hand lotion, a can of pop, shampoo, toiletries and goodies that would fit in a Christmas stocking. Some of the veterans are diabetic, so sugar free items would be appreciated also. There are 26 residents. Any help would be appreciated. We need these by the 15th of December, items can be either dropped off at the club or see Linda Reed or any of the auxiliary members.
